A seasoned start up executive, Ken’s passion is driven by the intersection of technology and its impact on marketing and sales. He has a strong track record of developing innovative go-to-market strategies and building key strategic relationships to accelerate business growth. Most recently, Ken served as the Vice President of Business Development for Axcient, a leading provider of Recovery-as-a-Service, where he established key resale relationships and led the company’s first corporate acquisition. Prior to Axcient, Ken ran worldwide sales and business development for systems management leader, KACE Networks. During his tenure at KACE, he established a strategic partnership with Dell, which led to KACE’s acquisition by Dell in 2010. Following the acquisition, Ken led the KACE sales team at Dell, expanding KACE’s global footprint and growing the business to more than $100 million in annual revenue.
Ken also served as VP of Marketing and Business Development at Oblix, an Identity Management pioneer that was acquired by Oracle in 2005. Earlier in his career Ken worked in leadership positions at both start-ups and larger companies. He spent 9 years at Silicon Graphics where he held a variety of sales and sales management positions and played a leading role in the development of the company’s entertainment vertical.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business-Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School.
As a serial entrepreneur, Dan created Reach150 to deliver on his ultimate goal to provide world-class personal marketing and sales capabilities to world-class people regardless of where they work. As the founder of Reach150, Dan ensures that Reach150 delivers on the company's long-term vision by his active involvement in business development, sales, and product strategy. He is also an enthusiastic evangelist, happy to speak with anyone about the power of using referrals to grow your business.
Prior to Reach150, Dan was the founder for Myndnet, a crowd sourced lead generation service. Prior to Myndnet, Dan was the founder of Toolwire, a distance learning company. Earlier in his career, Dan spent several years at Altera, in both Japan and the US, supporting the company's pre-sales efforts as a Sales Engineer.
Dan holds a degree in electrical engineering from University of California at Davis. He enjoys swimming, cycling and running and will combine them into a triathlon when possible.
Chris is an evangelist. He is obsessed with turning customers into advocates. He is a technologist, but he is not interested in technology for technology’s sake. He is a firm believer that successful customer relationships start with a firm understanding of the customer’s goals and needs.
Most recently, Chris turned his enthusiasm for solving customer problems inward, leading the release management and escalation team at Dell KACE. He ensured engineering had visibility to customer issues and requests. Under his leadership, KACE consistently improved product quality, and maintained one of the top customer satisfaction scores in the Dell Software Group. After beginning his software career as a developer and user interface designer, he found his true calling as sales engineer with a passion for solving customer problems at AvantGo (acquired by Sybase iAnywhere) and KACE (acquired by Dell), and sharing that passion as he grew the teams.
When he is not helping customers, Chris enjoys watching his kids perform in band and musical theater, and enjoying all that California and the rest of our beautiful country have to offer - hiking, backpacking, snowboarding, canoeing, running, and playing over 35 soccer. He graduated from UC Berkeley in 1991 with a degree in Geography – GO BEARS!!
Patrick is excited about building products that help people live better, more satisfying, and more productive lives. As product manager at Reach150, he is responsible for ensuring that Reach150 delivers on its commitment of helping people who are good at what they do grow their businesses through the power of referrals.
Patrick also works as an venture investor at Toba Capital, where he's sourced over $15 million in deals at companies such as PatientPop and StellaService. Prior to joining the venture capital field, he worked alongside the Reach150 executive team and the Dell KACE colleagues where he was a product manager and business analyst.
Patrick graduated with high honors from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He writes frequently on Quora about venture capital, business, and interpersonal dynamics.
Siaosi is customer oriented and prides himself on making sure all of his customers' needs are met in a timely manner, while maintaining a high attention to detail.
Before joining Reach150, Siaosi attended California State University, Chico, where he majored in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management and spent a semester studying in Torino, Italy at the Scuola di Amministrazione Aziendale. Outside of work, Siaosi enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his family and friends. His other interests include music, travel, food, and cooking.
Steve is responsible for engineering at Reach150. He has a passion for delivering high quality software and mobile application development. He has over 20 years of experiencing developing SaaS and mobile applications.
Prior to joining Reach150, Steve led the mobile infrastructure, search infrastructure and the expense application teams at Deem. During his career, Steve has held engineering leadership roles at various startups throughout Silicon Valley.
Steve received his Bachelors degree in Statistics from the University of California at Davis. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and he is an avid ice hockey player and fan.
Andrew likes to wear many hats and find new ways to bridge technology and business needs. In his role as Lead Architect at Reach150, he is defining the technical direction of the world’s most innovative referral management system. Andrew is a hands-on technical architect and software engineer with wide ranging experience in web applications, multi-tier architectures, databases, CRM integration, and mobile technologies. He has worked in a variety of IT, consulting, and software engineering roles at both startups and large companies. Prior to joining Reach150, Andrew was an early member of the engineering team at startup KACE, later acquired by Dell, where he designed and developed solutions for asset management, patching and reporting, and architected key components of KACE’s IT systems management platform.
Andrew’s background also includes development, consulting and management experience at AvantGo, a pioneer in the development of mobile workforce automation that was acquired by Sybase in 2002. Andrew began his career at Hewlett-Packard where he learned the art of software development and helped bring online HP’s first interactive marketing presence.
Andrew has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and French from UC Berkeley and a Masters degree in Computer Science from Stanford University. Andrew holds 6 patents in scalable communication and mobile applications. He enjoys movies, travel, skiing and spending time with his wonderful wife and two children.
Liujin is a seasoned full-stack engineer with over 17 years of experience in building large-scale, highly available web applications. She has worked in both large and small companies in the past. She enjoys working at Reach150 so that she can fully leverage her skill sets to help the company grow.
Liujin enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, watching movies and traveling. She also likes to do ballroom dancing and salsa dancing.
Chris has a passion for enabling others to grow their business. As Reach150’s VP of Sales, Chris is tasked with helping people in relationship businesses unlock the power of their network through referrals. He is a strong growth evangelist who is constantly on the road helping customers get the most out of their business through Reach150.
As a Software and Technology veteran, Chris has built a number of start up-like businesses within larger technology firms. Over 13 years at Dell, Chris launched new sales sites from the ground up, built nationwide software sales teams, and helped integrate acquired software technologies into Dell. Specifically, Chris worked to make Dell’s acquisition of KACE one of the most successful parts of Dell’s Software portfolio. Most recently, Chris lead Enterprise sales efforts in the East for Lenovo.
Chris graduated from the University of Virginia with a double major in Economics and Government, and returned to Charlottesville to earn his MBA at the Darden School of Business. Currently residing in Raleigh, NC, Chris is an avid tennis player, a die-hard NBA fan (go Wizards), an American Whisky collector, and a music enthusiast.
An enthusiastic sales representative, Alex "AJ" MacDonell has a keen eye for finding successful ways to drive sales and create lasting relationships in the process. As a competitive athlete at USC, AJ knows the importance of team chemistry and isn't afraid to go the extra mile to ensure his customers are completely satisfied.
As a Sales Representative, AJ's mission is to communicate the value of Reach150's referral management solution to individuals in relationship businesses. AJ has developed creative marketing concepts to drive broader awareness as well as innovative approaches to onboard new customers, ensuring their success.
Prior to Reach150, AJ was a student athlete at The University of Southern California where he played Division 1 NCAA Water Polo and studied Real Estate Development. During his successful USC career, AJ was a member of the 2011, 2012, & 2013 NCAA National Championship Water Polo Team and also joined the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. AJ is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys surfing, fishing, camping, and training for triathlons.
