Chris is an evangelist. He is obsessed with turning customers into advocates. He is a technologist, but he is not interested in technology for technology’s sake. He is a firm believer that successful customer relationships start with a firm understanding of the customer’s goals and needs.
Most recently, Chris turned his enthusiasm for solving customer problems inward, leading the release management and escalation team at Dell KACE. He ensured engineering had visibility to customer issues and requests. Under his leadership, KACE consistently improved product quality, and maintained one of the top customer satisfaction scores in the Dell Software Group. After beginning his software career as a developer and user interface designer, he found his true calling as sales engineer with a passion for solving customer problems at AvantGo (acquired by Sybase iAnywhere) and KACE (acquired by Dell), and sharing that passion as he grew the teams.
When he is not helping customers, Chris enjoys watching his kids perform in band and musical theater, and enjoying all that California and the rest of our beautiful country have to offer - hiking, backpacking, snowboarding, canoeing, running, and playing over 35 soccer. He graduated from UC Berkeley in 1991 with a degree in Geography – GO BEARS!!
